Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent out within 3-5 days of ordering, our weekly postal drop-offs are Monday and Friday. Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail Standard delivery + Signed For® are both 3-9 working days. If there is a further delay we will inform you via email or text.

Please keep in mind if you are International based, delivery is up to 15+ days with standard delivery.

How much?

Shipping is calculated at check out depending on the weight and amounts of items chosen. Costs start from as little as £1.60+ UK.

We have two options available; Standard Delivery and Signed for®. Both take 3-9 days delivery with Royal Mail standard shipping, but Signed For® is a safer option to ensure your parcel is delivered in to your hands safely. We recommend using our Signed For® option for safety reasons during the pandemic.


Lost mail

It is important to note the following: we do not take any responsibility for lost mail once it is in the hands of the Royal Mail. We trust in Royal Mail that they will get your parcels to you safely. We use Royal Mail standard delivery which does not include Tracking, if you are worried for the safety of your order please use our Signed For® shipping which I recommended above. 

Please be aware that if you claim none delivery, we can not automatically refund or replace the items unfortunately. Once our courier has accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order. We do not refund any orders or amendments to order.

Incorrect address

We will send out your parcel to the delivery address provided with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your details in. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us. A different delivery address to your billing address can be given at the check out.

Packages returned to us after three delivery attempts will not be automatically refunded.

Please note couriers may leave your packages with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not able to receive your package. If you prefer the courier not to, please leave a comment in the note to seller section upon check out.

Shipping & handling for international orders

  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

  • We're sorry but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

  • If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

  • Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please note our courier company can not deliver to PO Box addresses

  • Orders going to Europe may be X-Rayed at Customs and are not permitted to include any liquids. This includes: Face Paints, Aerosols, Nail Varnishes etc

  • Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
